* 34 Yrs Running! -- One Piece At A Time *

We've all dreamed about owning it, I've even got a pen, with one floating up & down, as I secure purchases with my John Hancock.

However, nothing beats hearing the man in black, along with his sweetie, describe how it all came to be.

It went to #1, on May 29th, during our Bicentennial.

<< SMC Album of the Week - Mike Stinson >>

"This isn't your father's country music,
this is your grandfather's country music."
-- Mike Stinson

I caught his set at Opal Divine's (Penn Field) during a Not-SXSW show, by the second song I was hooked!

This album is tremendous, his quote is on the mark.

<< Remembering Walter Hyatt - RIP 5/11/96 >>

I had seen him only a few months before the crash, opening for Big Sandy at The Sutler in Nashville, TN. He was tremendous, and solo, and filled the room with his sweetness!

Today, the music lives on in two volumes of previously unreleased material, Some Unfinished Business, as well as, a few special Uncle Walt's Band performances.

Take a look at "Green Tree"
